When it comes to our politics, it seems that the answer to the above question is “randomly” - any choice will be a hit. Probably the highest-ranked apologetic henchman of our government, Janusz Kaczmarek needed only a few short statements to lose all credibility that the intelligentsia granted him for uncovering the dirty mechanisms of our administration of justice. On Monday morning he denied having received a proposal to run for the Prime Minister: “There has been no such proposal (from LiS representatives - edit.), but I admit having received a call of support from Roman Giertych.” However, along with the LiS’s motion, his consent to be a candidate was attached - and it was dated Sunday. That’s the first example. The other one refers to the phone calls, that Ziobro supposedly made to Kaczmarek shortly after Barbara Blida’s suicide. “Janusz, help me, you know how weak was the evidence we had“; but a few days later we heard “No, it was my opinion that we were short of evidence. I had the opportunity to be present at a meeting where this case was discussed and I expressed my opinion as the Minister of the Interior. But minister Ziobro didn’t see it that way, in his opinion there was evidence“. It they go on talking like that, our limits of lies heard per day that one can bear will soon be exceeded…
